Congratulations on becoming a Normandale student!
The Normandale Foundation provides over 400 scholarships each year to help students pay for college. A scholarship is money you get for tuition that you don’t have to pay back. Take a moment to look through our Scholarship Library with the search button below to see some of the awards we offer.
The general application for scholarships awarded for the 2026-27 academic year closed on June 1, 2026.
Applicants can expect to get an update on their award status in July of 2026. Be sure to check your Normandale email regularly. Scholarship recipients will be expected to complete a donor questionnaire within two weeks of their award notification to keep their award.
Some departments will have separate applications opening in the fall for scholarships that will be awarded for Spring Semester 2027. To see which scholarships have separate applications, or which are awarded in the spring, please look at the Scholarship Library.

When completing separate applications, make sure you meet the requirements of the scholarship before submitting and pay attention to the application's deadline.
For department-specific scholarships, a reviewing committee made up of each department's faculty members reviews applications.
For general scholarships, a reviewing committee made up of Normandale faculty and staff reads and reviews applications. After applications have been reviewed, an awarding committee decides on scholarship recipients based on qualified candidates.
